D2 - LA GARDE FREINET-VIDAUBAN Meeting at 9:30 am in mountain bike clothes Departure of the day's ride with picnic and return around 4:30 pm

D3 - GRIMAUD-LA MOLE RDV at 9:30 am in mountain bike clothes Departure of the day's hike with picnic and return around 4:30 pm

D4 - RAMATUELLE RDV at 9:30 AM Option 1 in mountain bike clothes Departure of the hike for a big 1/2 day with picnic in the sand or Option 2 sea kayak outing in the heart of the natural reserve of Cap Taillat and Cap Camarat with wild creeks and turquoise water
